The TNRD Library System was redesigned by Net Shift Media so that the TNRD could still maintain the content of the site, but have a more user-friendly, accessible design for computer users of all skill-levels.

Features include a dynamic text resizer, and accessible drop down menus, combined with a more intuitive design.
